MilQuest offers a 10-week online workout program of military inspired training. It ends with the GET IT DONE exercise, which is inspired by the Never give up exercise in elite military units.   


The program has 3 levels of difficulty and takes you from completely untrained to passing the entry requirements of the commando units. Welcome to an unconventional challenge.

Why Milquest?

Those who finish a MilQuest program will be much better prepared for demanding operations. Being mentally and phsycally strong is an enabler for all other capabilities. You will be able to stay sharp longer, make better decisions, communicate more clearly, and so on.


MilQuest offers functional training - with focus on strength, agiltiy and speed. The training is heavily inspired by special forces preparation training. You always work with your entire body, to become as effective as possible in real world operations. No matter if your arena is civilian life or if you are in uniform.


There is no second place in combat.

How does it work?

During the 10 weeks of the program, you will receive 10 weekend challenges and
10 weekly workouts. The final weekend challenge is the GET IT DONE exercise.


To earn your patch, you must complete all weekend challenges, including GET IT DONE.

he weekly workouts are voluntary. The weekly workouts take about 30 minutes and the weekend challenges take about 2 hours. The GET IT DONE exercise takes about half a day.

The final weekend challenge is the GET IT DONE exercise. Come well prepared.

What gear do I need?

We strongly believe in being self-sustained and that the human is the outmost resource. Therefore, we use ourselves, our rucksack, and boots for all exercises.

How hard is it?

MilQuest comes in three difficultues:


BLUE: for the untrained and those who have been away from training a while.

GREEN: for those who are training regularly

RED: for those touching elite level training.

How hard is Level 1?

Level 1 (BLUE) is designed for the untrained and those who have been away from training a while.
It aims to build up a good foundation for the future.


What you get:

The weekend challenges take about 2 hours and the weekly trainings about 30-60 min.
The level 1 GET IT DONE challenge takes about 4-6 hours to complete.

How hard is Level 2?

Level 2 (GREEN) is designed for people with with a good foundation, who wish to become fast, strong and agile. The recommended entry fitness for level 2 are the same as the targets for level 1.

How hard is Level 3?

Level 3 (RED) is designed for those who are touching elite level training. The targets for level 3 are heavily inspired by the entry requirements of elite military units.The recommended entry fitness level for level 3 is the same as the targets for level 2.

After payment and before class starts you will receive an email with login details and registration information. Choose now what difficulty level you want to go for. You will get a candidate patch of that color. You can freely change difficulty at any time during the program.

This ensures that your personal identity number is included on the receipt, which may be required by some employers for reimbursement.

If your team consists of 5 or more members, there's no need to align with our regular class schedules—unless you want to! You have the freedom to choose your own start dates, creating a personalized class that runs exclusively for your team. It's entirely up to you whether you prefer the exclusivity of a personal class or the inclusivity of our scheduled classes.

Start by filling out your team's basic information in the registration of interest form:

Once you complete and submit the form, we will send you an email containing an Excel file for you to fill in details about each team member. You will also receive contact information to our support team who is available to answer any questions. Please return the completed file to us. After we have received your details, we will send you a payment link. Once payment is confirmed, you're ready to start!
